Upon sign-up, from initial setup to adding history data, we handle all of it on behalf of our clients. We believe in handholding our clients to ensure a smooth transition. 

Once setup is complete, training is of utmost importance! We work closely with each client to make sure they know how to use our system to get accurate payroll runs and that all integrations are in place.

Finally, we take time to review payroll reports with our clients for a thorough understanding and use of our reports by the client’s CPA, brokers, and bookkeepers.

Easy Onboarding for New Clients

We are well known for taking the time to hand-hold our new clients. If you sign up with us, this is how we’ll help your transition run smoothly:

  • Welcome Letter – We’ll send you a welcome letter informing you of the documents you will receive for electronic signature.
  • E-sign Documents – All documents will be sent to you electronically, and you can sign them quickly and easily online.
  • Checklist – You will receive an email listing all the data required for migration.  
  • Account Set Up – You will be notified by email once your account is set up, and we’ll schedule a time for training. 
  • Training – On the scheduled day, we’ll provide instruction on how to use our system.
  • First Payroll – We will walk you through your first payroll to ensure ease-of-use and answer any questions you have. 
  • Payroll Reports Review – During a follow-up call, we will review payroll reports to make sure you understand them.
  • On-Going Support – Based on your service selection, our team will provide standard or dedicated customer service.
