Customer Service/ Payroll Processor

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
- Aptitude in math
Responsibilities Include:
Payroll:
- Process payroll
- Set up new accounts
- Set up Accruals/PTO/Garnishments
- Be able to set up multi-state taxes
- Add/edit/update employee information
- Run reports
- Create Adhoc reports
Customer Service:
- Excellent communication skills to handle client calls
- Address client requests
- Excellent written English to handle support tickets
- Help resolve client issues/concerns in a professional manner
Tax:
- Reconcile tax payments
- Set up tax for multi-state
- Assist with resolving client issues with IRS/ government agencies
- Assist with W2 and year-end paperwork
Administrative Tasks:
- Excellent organization skills
- Properly handles client paperwork
- Filing/scanning/faxing
- Works well with cloud-based systems
- Pick up/drop off packages from clients
- Print paperwork/labels/shipping/packaging
Additional Requirements:
