Year End is done! Now what?

It is time to meet with your CPA and discuss your 2016 business tax returns. Make sure to keep your W3 handy as they will need it.

What is a W3 form? The W3 form shows a company’s total earnings, Medicare wages, Social Security wages, and withholding for all employees for the entire year. When reconciled, the totals on your W3 should match the totals from all 4 quarters filed (form 941) for the given year.

Want a Better Way? The only way to streamline your year-end tax reporting is to establish good record keeping throughout the year. It’s the SMART way to do business, and it is exactly what we do for our clients. We also reconcile and provide accurate data so you can file your taxes and reports correctly and on time.
