That’s why we’re happy to share updates to our payroll system, specifically Employee Self Service (ESS), that will provide your valuable employees with a better experience.

 Our software team has been working hard, and we have upgraded and launched a NEW ESS portal. Exciting new features are a mobile app, giving your employees access from any WIFI-enabled device and access to W2s. 

Existing features along with these enhancements allow employees to view their profile information (name, W4, contacts, etc.), time and attendance, paid time off, and more. Giving employees access and a certain level of control will allow your organization to reduce the administrative burden, decrease printed material and distribution costs, and increase profitability.

Employee login credentials will remain the same as the old ESS portal. And if you are currently using the old portal, you can choose to select ‘TRY THE NEW EXPERIENCE’ to access the new features.
